You deserve to be seen as an individual in this college admission process.

Many independent college counselors focus on volume, working with as many students as possible. My approach is different—it's not about sales or profitability, but about true counseling.

I offer a boutique experience with an à la carte menu (see the Contact Me page), limiting my full-time roster to just five seniors and five juniors each year. This ensures those students receive priority, 24/7 support. When space allows, I also assist other students on an as-needed basis, though that does not include the same level of access without a contractual agreement.

I charge hourly rather than by the package, with a modest retainer requested after the free consultation to secure availability. This allows families to customize services to their specific needs without overcommitting.

What I provide: thoughtful, personalized guidance through every stage of the college admissions process—from building a balanced college list and managing timelines to crafting standout essays and understanding merit aid. As part of a professional Collaborative, I also give my clients access to GradBetter, a college planning platform with tools to compare financial aid, uncover scholarship opportunities, and plan with confidence.

High school counseling offices do their best, but with caseloads often exceeding 100 students per counselor, personalized guidance can be hard to come by. Many families feel lost in the process, unsure if they’re making the right choices.

If you're looking for a second opinion, need strategic advice, or want expert feedback on an essay, let’s talk. My goal is simple: to guide your student through the college application process with clarity, confidence, and less stress.
